REDI-BUILT homes are completed in our construction yard and moved to your location by house movers. Your home is ready to move into as soon as you tie into your utilities. We use conventional building procedures and material except for the fact that we “beef” up the structure for moving.
The home will be set on a continuous concrete footing designed for the local soil conditions. Third party financing is required, but we will assist in making these arrangements. All the REDI-BUILT plans can also be used for our “Build and Finance Program”. We have many plans available, and will be glad to work with you to modify them or work from plans you might provide. Price per square foot and plan options vary, contact our office for more information.
